Go ahead
And find your delight
No more past
To hold you down
Only love to continue
To be found
Within, without
And shared with ALL
Only truly, standing tall
Finally quieting
The demons in your mind
Only to find
Me (God) reimbursing
Your absolute new truth
That was somehow taken away
From your youth
So, go ahead now
And continue to walk on through
To the ultimate and beautiful
Magnificent you
Open angel, open
There is so much more to see
To finally learn and breathe
On how to just BE
Wiser, simpler, smarter and kind
Realizing again
It’s not so hard to find
These parts of you
That now get to speak
Are really beginning
To hit their peak
So, go ahead and keep standing tall
Knowing and trusting, how deeply
You connect to
The ALL

I will silence even the biggest threat to your whole system right now
And I will truly whisper you are not alone during this time
Instead I will share nothing but the truth of who you are
If You Allow Me
I will actually tell you I want more for you now
But not on a material level
Only to come back into your heart
To breathe the greatest sense of love you have ever known
And to then to share this love tenfold with the world
If You Allow Me
I will sing the sweetest tune to you
And melodize FAITH right back into your heart
Where it truly belongs
If You Allow Me
I will show you that this pandemic is really an opportunity
To RE-SET yourself into wholeness
To live wholeheartedly with a new freedom
If You Allow Me
I will gently continue to guide you
To the sacred parts you have somehow kept hidden
Out of fear for your true wholeness
Only to be overshadowed by your silly distractions
Keeping you away from the greatness
Of who you truly are
Are you listening now?
Can you Let me in?
Breathe me in
I promise to hand you the keys
To your heart’s true wisdom
But in order to hear me now
Truly hear me
You’re gonna have to turn off the news for a bit
Try something bigger than buying into all the media stats
I will show you what is really happening
And what is happening is…
I am awakening you more now
I’m teaching you the importance of slowing down
Of what is means to spend quality time
With yourself and your loved ones
I am not so sure you were truly happy, for a while
So I’ve been giving you a break
To see what’s inside
Not just inside your four walls
But is inside of YOU
The YOU where your heart wants
To truly speak, to see and to know
So if you can Allow me this
I will show you the way back into wellness
Will always be your precious heart
And the listening within
And once I am there
Beating with your beautiful, true rhythms
You will indeed see
The simplicity in the ALLowing
Is really actually
Connected to the ALL
Of who you
And we are as a WHOLE
Find me there daily

Trust now and listen
To the essence of grace
With continued faith in your heart
All to be embraced

For your joy and peace

We teach you now
The grace of love

Including your painful past heartaches
And unnecessary, held stale energy
This heart of yours
That speaks volumes of hope
That whispers nuggets of faith
That wraps itself so kindly
Until you remember again
Dear beautiful heart
You are never without
The body knows how to let go
So let it go now
And you can breathe in
This new deserving, divine love
It’s so worth it
The release
The safety you know to be true
God’s love emanating
Through you so warmly
You realize the connection
Can’t ever be broken
The more you come into it
The more, the grace sustains
Love is here dear heart
Oh it’s here…
Close your precious eyes

A new way of being and resting
Is calling you
Reminding you
Of your precious light and your tender heart
There is nothing
You are not capable of
Fear is an illusion
Love and peace
Answer your questions
There is only one thing to do now
When you are not sure
Close your eyes
Place one hand over your heart
The other over your belly
And breathe
It shifts the fright
Right out of your system
Like a loving lotus flower
That blossoms, right out of the mud
It knows just what to do
And so do you
There is beauty here
There is light here
There is a calm conclusion
There is permission for peace
There is a new way of knowing
Just how to clear the fear
