So you know my loved ones, its true meaning, if we continue to keep playing the same story over and over again and telling ourselves who we think we are verses the reality of who we truly are, we will remain stuck in a pattern that is not kind to our souls nor our well beings.
 
It’s a new year now, another opportunity to see who we truly are and just how magnificent you have the potential to be, but in order to do that , please for my sake LET GO of who you think you are because it can’t help you manifest into the reality of greatness that you inherently are as a soul here on earth to learn, just how capable you are of becoming this oneness and loving essence you read about.  Yes, Yes I know everything sounds good on divine paper, but the truth is you are the truth, you are the light, you are an ever evolving being who has come to grow into this greatness. 

Tell me I ask, tell me your dream, but know that before you tell me your dream you need to believe that you are the dream.  And what you may ask is the dream? Well again it’s the light source of solemn peace, this invitation daily in any present moment to hear me say I am here, activating this internal wise souled system into your being.  Do you know, truly do you know you can change your chemical/physical make up through your cellular level just by the way you speak to yourself and others.

We didn’t come here to play negative stories over and over, we came to actually grow into our fullest potentials as spiritual beings having this human experience. The so called problem is we keep living in the reverse, like it can’t last, or only for a brief moment we think we can touch this wholeness of light and love and I am saying start breathing daily into just those words, repeat like a mantra once an hour, “I am the wholeness of light and love” and you do this often enough something remarkable will begin to intertwine into your cells and the voice within will be much kinder, softer and loving.  And yes, you will actually see your soft loving self and worthiness of knowing who you truly are and why you are here but in the meantime stop telling / playing that unkind record, and start listening to what is being invited in you to learn, grow and be.

Your compass or come pass?  Listen and go within and yes, you’ve got free will baby! They both exist. 

Good morning and let me explain.  So, deeply truly I want you to know that your true compass is your higher wisdom self, which is me in you, that knows exactly what to do. The only thing standing in your way is your idea that something or someone is getting in the way of what it is you truly want to do or to just BE.  I can’t tell you how many times I have had many come to me with the idea that they need to somehow negotiate with me in order to feel worthy of living the life that they want to truly live.  This compass part #1 is knowing that this wisdom is truly centered already into your precious being, landing you each time in the right direction of where you want to go and one more time how you actually want to live and be.  Capesh?

I know it’s challenging but you need to start beginning to turn off the noise and chatter in your mind more, versus the grace that knows how to connect your heart with your true thoughts.  Oh, I know it got messy as a kid for you and even as a teen at times and into young adulthood, the projected noises of the world that said: be this, do that, wear this, don’t wear that, you should try this, no that, when all along something within you said, not so sure about that?  Guess what and who that actually is? That is the me (God) in you saying, “You sure that’s what you really want? Cause I know I kinder and more loving way that aligns more with who you are and why you are truly here." There is space in the compass for you to decide which way you want to truly go or maybe even stay, again it’s your choice.  It’s always your choice.  Can you find some free willing comfort in that, alley cat?  This now leads me into part 2 which is my way of saying, “sure come pass.”  Are you still with me?  I know it seems like a lot of info, but just keep reading so you can understand delightfully part #2 and what to do.

So, this 2nd part of this, is the “come pass”. Which is the freedom part of me in you truly saying,” yes, I give you a pass. I know what they taught you, and now I am saying, “No, truly I give you this pass to live and do as YOU may.”  This mountain you think you must climb is exhausting you.  You keep trying to win me or earn some kind of stripes or points or prove something unnecessarily to yourself and me, when all along I am just hoping you can chill more and live the life you truly want to live, because I do keep trying to hand you this loving pass to do as you may.  I’m repetitive and maybe a bit annoying to you today, but I am trying to make a good loving point which is to make you and others see and to feel good enough for me and your loved ones already, as is.  Because you are enough.  Did you hear me?  Take a breath and feel that into the core of your being and your bones.  I love you as you are and I want you, yes you to truly be happy living this life without strings or shoulds.  Do as you may today, whatever that is, just be loving and compassionate with yourself and others in the process.  Its not so hard.  Stop paddling like a cute doggie trying to keep its head above water, because I will throw you a raft each time you ask me what do I do God? How do I do this?  For my answer will always continue to be, “shhh my child, get a little quieter within and listen to this loving voice telling you, you truly are okay, you are deeply loved and yes go live as you may.

So yep, it’s here for you every day, from me to you, your compass, and your “come pass”

​What do you do as a human when not feeling loved by others, feels so unsettling to you?

Well, my dear child that is a very good question to put out there.  My answer is kind yet short and sweet. You really begin to learn to practice going within yourself more.  It’s a strong request, but you won’t find your mom and dad's energy in there, nor your grandma and grandpa. What you will find is a peaceful place that holds that love for you very gently and very kindly without feeling or being charged or even lacking.  Yes, it is in our human nature form to want to give and definitely receive love.  But what if that love is not reciprocated whether it be from a parent, a spouse, even your kids?  It’s hard as humans to not personalize why the love is not coming or think there is something wrong with us? Or I must have done something wrong for my loved one to be withholding their love to me. And then what can happen? We can become so unraveled and sad and expect it to fix itself when ultimately, we have to realize that we are made of love itself and our withholding ones cannot always give us everything we need, especially in those insecure moments. 

So, you have to learn to hold love for yourself.  So how do you hold and soothe love for yourself you ask?

You breathe lovingly and deeply with me in you and feel the heldness of all that you truly are.  Truly are.  Your heart is made of pure love it is indeed your birthright.  There is no obstacle to finding your true self only your idea of it. 

And the second key answer to this, I will say over and over again is to breathe into the present moment each time.  There is nothing like knowing your entitled to feeling everything now, not the emotional withheld memories in your system.  I know, believe me I know how that fight or flight can want to fly off the handles if you feel triggered by something, but my dear ones just gentle reminders it doesn’t have to take over your present moment anymore, with conscious intention you can now acknowledge what is happening or triggering you and you can decide in your beautiful adult self to just chose compassion and remind yourself, you are no longer that little girl or boy anymore. 

Does that make any sense?  Conscious intention, mindful moments, a gentle exhalation in between it all.  These tools truly go a long way.  Look through, watch through, breathe through those feelings of unworthiness. 

One more time before we roll, you are worthy always of knowing love for yourself, even if you were slighted as a kid in some circumstances.  Try to remember most of our parents did the best they could with what they knew too.  Did I ever mention we have the capacity to actually break the unlovable cycle.   Just a thought.  But for now…. Agape and unconditional love to each of you always.  Call me in anytime, I am not going to leave you alone.

Okay okay fair enough, when mercury is retrograde it might rerattle a few chains, but you my beautiful children please don’t let it stop you from ever becoming your greatest version of yourself.  This fear thing that keeps on unnecessarily debilitating your needs to know your true soul and self’s purpose is to be disrupted and interrupted daily, momentarily, whenever possible. Truly you can’t make it through to truth when you keep following in fears speaking terms.  I want you to know strongly that I need nothing from you only for you to choose to NOT let fear run your day or moments anymore. There is so much beautiful wisdom at your sweet fingertips and at the soles of your feet and resting in your heart which yes thank God, thank me, can eventually somehow reach the icky stirrings of your mind.

How you ask? Well, the simple breath, the pausing between your daily day stuff, the fun and kind quotes we love to watch you read and say, ahh yes, I see another perspective or way of looking at the precious world.  Speaking of your world, can you color it more a little now. Crack some more doors open, break down some more walls, own your shit! Yep God just said own your shit and flush that shit right down the doomsville story drain. 

Hear me loud and epically clear, I don’t care what is currently happening in the world, or the universal astrological story time or whatever, what I do care about is how you choose daily to interact with yourself, true self and others.  Don’t let some planetary shift frontwards or backwards ever get in the way of your growth.  Okay? That’s all for today.

First things first, happy springtime. We made it through the winter and now we get to plant more energetic flowers for our garden to learn and to grow.  Sound good?
 
Okay so today I’d like to address this idea or notion of what some like to call or even ask, “what is my calling?”  “Why am I here?” Usually most equate this to a job here,  that they came to do... and yes, your occupation certainly has something to do with your path.  However, let me be divinely crystal clear, your true calling and true path has to actually do with who you are at core, in your heart and soul as a Be-Ing.  What I mean jellybeans, is that I am more interested and curious as to who you are and how you show up for yourselves and others in any moment.  Are you kind?  Are you compassionate?  Do you always walk past the homeless man on the corner judging him or do you sometimes soften and hand him a buck or two, which we both know you can afford and genuinely wish him a good day?  You know why I am giving you this example?  Because we are each here to teach and learn from one another what it means to actually be a kind and compassionate person, to the best of our abilities.  The head CEO of some big shot, hot shot company is no greater than the homeless man just because he has “made it” in the financial word.  Hmmm how do we really measure success anyway?  How do you know the man on the corner asking for change wasn’t one day prior a CEO of something and he lost everything?  My point is what does it matter anyway? Because I am way more interested in how you treat others as part of your calling and the genuine kindness you choose to display again, to yourself and others. 

So, getting back to why you are here, you are here to grow and evolve as a soul in a human being’s body, doing the best you can in any moment.  What if you trusted me, that: that, was enough for me and for your soul? What if you believed that I didn’t need you to become the richest man or woman in your field? What if you became the richest in your heart and you treated others really kindly without judgement? What would that look like?  For the most part, I’d like to think we are innately generous and want to do good,  for it is our nature, but once again, sometimes others projecty judgments on how to be and to live this life holds us back from our true way of being.  “Oh, you shouldn’t do this, or you should do that”, they say.  My next big question is who are you actually answering or responding to?  Where and who do you feel freedom within this world?  Can I give you some ease and say I don’t need you to Be or to become anything financially huge.   What I would truly naturally like for you to do is become more of a BE-Ing verse a DO-Ing.  Can you ever really just do that? Sit and be with yourself without feeling you have to fulfill every hour of every day with some productive tedious something. Could you ever just sit by a lake, or draw me a picture, or write me a poem just because believe it or not your beautiful souls have something to say.  I want you to be happy here, not feel like you have to fulfil some overwhelming mission or else. or else what? I ask you. What else do you think I need from you?  Let me say it again do what you want occupation wise, but when not working be a kind person to you and to others. 

Its’ not that hard. Truly. I think most of you push and push for a perfectionist way of living when in reality you’re actually missing some pivotal simple moments with life and your true joy.  So, can you try and stop over booking / overachieving over and over till you want to throw your hands up in the air and ask, “is this it?”  And my plain and simple answer is, “right back at you? Is it?”  Is this want you want, and are you happy?  For my sake, stop pushing so much for perfection or fear of failure and listen to what I am saying.  Your calling is truly to embrace the greatest parts of your soul in feeling, daily JOY and sharing with others. We are here on a teaching ground of kindness and love. Stop taking life so perfectionistically serious.  Ease into your heart, and your days more.  Go for swim, Go to a ball game, go watch a movie in the middle of the day on a random Tuesday, chat with a stranger in an elevator, yes have the ice cream cone, and for God’s sake here and there hand the homeless man a dollar or two, who is just as important as you in this world and his mission.  It’s not your business why he is where he is, its only your pure kind intent to not judge him and treat him like he is human.  Just because somebody is homeless does not mean they are heartless.  We are all made from the same divine love.  And give him a smile while you are at it.  A smile is the simplest, greatest way to connect soul to soul, without any words.  Its almost like your souls way of saying, “ I see you.”  It’s a simple, yet effective gift and gesture.
Okay we will continue this subject, but for now, do have a kind and not overly tedious day.  Say hello to people more, smile more and do find freedom in just being a kind human BE-Ing.

I don’t care about what you ask? Well, I don’t care how you do or don’t spend your day.  There seems to still be this fallacy that if you don’t do what it is you think I or your soul wants you to do, that there will somehow be some kind of consequences.  This is an unkind trapping story of sorts.  You know how meditation truly does a magnificent job of teaching to be mindful of your thoughts, well what if we could add in there, being mindful of your story telling too.  Your scenario blahing and blaring is sometimes exhausting and again trapping to your actual well being.

Okay so back to what I truly mean when I say I don’t care is my Godness my goodness, take the silly pressure off yourself to somehow fill and manage your day, all day and my godness/goodness sometimes all night. There is no true freedom in that.  Your standards that you continue to put on yourself which again I don’t think are mostly yours, (yet other projected expectations), however, either way you can’t find your true self and freedom in both.  When you continue to put some kind of pressure on yourself to master, or fix, or make better, or overly make the buck, all the time, you can’t fully feel free to just BE you.  Yes you, magnificent and glorious you.  Who are you I ask, truly are you when you are not guilty in feeling like you have to do something?  When you are not on anyone’s time watch nor still functioning on someone else’s marching orders.  What does life look like and more importantly truly feel like in and around and through this? 

The truth is you can’t mess this life up with me and the true you.  It’s only your crazy unkind idea of messing it up for someone else or some story you created on how your life was supposed to be.  You didn’t come here to become a perfectionist. Okay? Let me say that gently one more time, you did NOT come here to become a perfectionist.  You came to live authentically for you, with me, and unconditional wisdom at your feet, hands, heart, etc.  It never ends and is never not with you.  Find and reoperate now from this kinder compass.  Can you begin to trust me a little more with that? Can you?  Also while you are at it, can you cut a little more of the: cutting the circumstances for my actions scenario.  It’s a nonstop unkind karmic storyline.  Instead, try more of taking a sweet gentle breath, going within and hearing me say, “stop beating yourself up and know and trust you can truly start over anytime in any moment. 

The present moment is and will continue to be your nonstop comforting gift.  Hence the presence is the present.

So, one more time, I love you unconditionally and I don’t care because I will never judge you on how you choose to live out your day.  Remember I also go with you wherever you go, so you’re  never without me.

So that very quick active mind of yours, I want to tell you something very important about it, it’s not real.  I know I know, it feels so real because it doesn’t stop talking to you all day and sometimes all night, but here’s the thing, you can actually teach it a lesson daily.  How do you ask?  Well let’s start here and (hear)t.  You think its any coincidence that the word heart has the words hear and ear in it.  You know why right? Because you were always meant to listen its wisdom.  It knows things, things that your mind will never be able to fully comprehend nor really direct you with what to do.  You see, when you have had an overactive cyclical mind running nonstop most of your life, it becomes a habit that is hard to break, but your heart (your true hearing mechanism) is trying to deeply capture your attention and intention now to live a better more peaceful and fulfilling life.  Don’t get me wrong of course we need our brains to help us function or solve mathematical problems and even get us physically from point A to B, but as far as which one is going to help you remain calm, answer you softly and gently , pull you back into the heart( no pun intended ) of who you are at core , well once again you know in your heart the answer to that question . Who do you trust more? 

I know, I know how smooth and slick that ego(mind) is at creating stories, and scenarios and chatting all day, which again is sometimes not even your voice at hand.   Its others blah blah blahs, but sweet ones, seriously why choose the voice that doesn’t help you feel safe or sturdy, when you can easily drop into your breath and being and seeing what has been there all along, the silence of your essence, the quiet behind the storm, the echo of angels singing.  Invite us (your divine team) in and we will do just that. Remind you of all the above.  No strings just a re-minder (you get it lol) to who gets to truly run the show.  Your mind won’t like this, believe me I know, it will kick and scream and try and talk you out of it or say, see I told ya so, and on and on it goes, can we put a cork in it, or pacifier at times to shut it compassionately up?  News fighting flash, the mind never stops but your beautiful awareness of its behavior is a beginning step in quieting it down and turning down its volume, like background noise: it can be done.  Yes, it takes a bit of practice watching it, but this is a very important key to understanding you have the power to do just that, make a conscious choice and mindful choice to yes watch the mind. Then once you’ve mastered that, it can almost be comical at times watching it.  For example, if an unpleasant thought pops in that of course doesn’t serve you, you can say oh there’s that annoying uncle again, or aunt, lol you can play name it. But you can also label it as something else, just know it’s NOT yours. 

Who you are is essence, quiet loving peaceful beauty, full of life in a human body and mind form.  But you get to be and see and feel your fullness if you choose to each day. Again, all you have to do in a few minutes of meditation is invite us / you in, again we work as a team with your higher self.

Okay?  Don’t want to overwhelm you too much but just want to let you know when in doubt call upon me and your angels and we can and will redirect you, back to you, so you can truly hear your beautiful choice in who to listen to.

Cherries jubilee.  Yep that’s right I’m starting off this post with a sweet dessert developed in the late 1800’s ish.. Time doesn’t matter just wanted to get your randomized attention. 😊 So, I picked that dessert because its sort of metaphoric too.  Here is what I mean before you ask.  Jubilee fruit is harvested with intention and attention and that is what I am trying to gently teach and show you now.  I have three statements I would like to share with you and then when we are all done, we can actually have some kind of jubilee which means celebration.  You still with me so far sweet one?

Okay so the three beautiful, intended statements for your heart, mind and soul.

1.  God is the true mind with which I think
(Close your eyes and over and over gently repeat this mantra until everything starts to get quiet). Your mind will habitually want to chit chat and interrupt me, but after a few maybe dozen or two times,  I will enter and again quiet all your other B.S. down.  You don’t believe me, try without strain nor over effort just a few times, I won’t fail you.  And if you begin to huff and puff it’s not working,  I will ask you to gently try again without the strain.  No need to strain the brain, especially when I am trying to show you who is gently right there all along. 
2.  God is the air with which I breathe  
Yep I want you again without strain or dramatic breathing just repeat this mantra as you take a slow and I mean start off slow breath in and exhale gently down throughout the body until your breathe finds its natural rhythm with me and you can feel your overall being relax and yes breathe its natural state.  In and out we go nice and slow.  It calms the whole body.  You will see and feel with practice. 
3.  God is the love in which I heal
It is you know. This is a beautiful mantra to repeat over and over when you feel overwhelmed or anger at someone or something. This simple statement through and through can help ease the irritation and make space and humbleness for those that may have “done you wrong” as your ego likes to say.  This to me, to you, truly answers everything and is the ultimate practice.  Love answers it all.  Granted it may take some mindful time too but its here for you anytime of day or night to answer your breath, your calling, your mind, your anger, your wtf, your "are you kidding me", your "seriously?"  Yes my beautiful beings, LOVE is here for you 24/7 with a cherry jubilee to celebrate😊Speaking of, can you not forget the vanilla ice cream to share.  Love when the sweet vanilla melts with the warm cherry mixture.  Harvest your new fruit my children, spring is around the corner and summer will be here before you know it.   Build, breathe and celebrate beautiful you.

P.S.  If all three of these seem too much at first,  just try practicing one of them to start but do interrupt your thoughts asap with one and you will inevitabley, beautifully and eventually feel at peace.

Can we talk about what it is you truly deserve especially spiritually? Oh that’s right you already are spiritual 😊

At some point somebody tried to streamline their on interpretation and their own telepathic lenses,  somehow making you think that you had to do it “spiritually or methodically” their way or else you and others would be held accountable or somehow in danger? Does God cross you as a dangerous deity? Seriously?  Even with all your skills you think I would ever want to put my children in danger? Makes zero sense. What I am trying to say is that finally and hopefully now the only person you are truly streamlining intuitively is you and me in you 😊. Not anyone else’s disruptions trying to work their way into your own streaming, capeshing yet? There are indeed many spiritually gifted individuals who have good intentions in trying to help you along your path and can even show you some helpful tools that will indeed alleviate some spiritual tension. However, ultimately getting back to your true way of how to eat, sleep, breathe, and function daily and use your own precious intentions is where its at.  By the way, side noting you, please don’t follow anyone who says that their way is the only way to do it.  Any truly respectful authentic, enlightened individual would never tell you, there is only one way. 

Okay okay so back to you and what you truly deserve.  X marks the spot.  Can I with you today, be and X? or an O? a kiss and a hug? Come on, let me be silly for another cute second. 
But in all seriousness but not serious, I’m telling you, notice I am saying telling, not pushing nor trying to pull you in another direction, but I am gently telling you that you can STOP fighting for your right to find peace and true happiness.  Somebody else tried to flip or write that script for you.  Another news flash, You are already those things: peace and happiness.  Take a breath on that holy whopper of a truth.  Cause it is.

What if sometimes instead of coming to me in fear or angst or please forgive me dear father for I have sinned jargon, instead you actually saw yourself as the beautiful bright lighted sinless person you already truly are?  What would that look like? What if we breathed on and through your essence without a supposed projected problem? What if you began to streamline YOU through YOU and with me, nobody else’s voice, but just US and what feels authentic to you. Cause I am way more interested in being a God that listens to what it is YOU truly want not what others want for you. 
This is the breakthrough YOU with YOU.

So really I will ask you again, who are you without other’s voices, opinions, and again projections?  Oh the space between it all, is refreshing, yes?  What a true miracle you are.  You see when we finally begin to quiet those voices of others out, you radiate more light, truth, and your true heart of gold, that you sometimes forget you ever had, when someone else’s fear takes over.  Not yours.
Are you beginning to get this?  Gently whispered and said, “now live for YOU, not them, but YOU.”

Any of your loved ones who have passed onto the spiritual realm, now have a true understanding of what YOU need to do for YOU.  I understand, you find that hard to believe sometimes to trust, because when they were physically here, they pushed you to be something else but now they do get it and they do want you to be happy and free.  They now honor your way with respect.  They are saying, “go ahead without fear or disappointment or verbiage like: so and so would turn over in their graves if they knew…” Guess what they do know now and again they are actually looking to help you realize your truest potential without them.  Once crossed over to spirit, judgment and projection no longer exist.  Love truly takes over for them and their loved ones still here physically.  They love you and want you to see who you are now without the clueless projections they showed here on earth. 
“Do it your way now, we understand and sorry for making you feel otherwise.  You’re free (just showed Marisa and image of you riding on a horse) and we love you either way.”
