Channeled Blog: Divine Downloads

Picture
Welcome to my channeled blog I like to call Divine Downloads.  Just like my poetry, over the last decade or so, I have been collaborating with God through a series of channeled messages speaking through me.  This beautiful voice I like to call God has come through to me many times in meditations, sometimes whispered in the middle of the night or even first thing in the morning.  It’s like a little nudge saying, “please dear one, go grab your pen and paper or dictate in your phone what “I (God)” am about to say.” Either way, it is a kind, gentle and a loving voice asking me to share with others.  He/She/They  (God has no gender) likes to share lovingly and with some humor at times.  You will pleasantly see.

I knew in my heart that it was finally time to start my blog.  Some are recent downloads, and some will be from previous years ago that God wanted to me to still share.  God reminds me that time doesn’t really exist, especially when priceless, true wisdom wants to be shared.

Smile, relax, and see with an open heart what God wants to say and awaken within you. You might be pleasantly surprised. I’m honored to be the messenger.

With Love and Hugs,

To Eat or Not to Eat?

To Eat or Not to Eat? Do I, or Don’t I? Should I, or Shouldn’t I?
Do you see where we get stuck? In the midst of angsting and asking we stop the flow of our energy which actually already has the answer. It’s simpler than you all actually make it.  You see when you are convinced that there is some kind of problem you lock yourself up that it must be solved now, particularly, the “should be” way and there is no freedom in that.  So I am going back to some old divining roots and say free will baby and add some sprinkle of freedom on top.  Stop I ask you, to stop sometimes obsessing over the correct or not correct way to do something about eating.  The truth is about food, my simple answer is yes, in moderation and enjoy f-ing life.  Unless you’re over exceeding eight cheeseburgers a week or downing a bottle of wine every day, please feel free to have the glass of wine, enjoy the cheeseburger with yes of course a side of French fries and live your life, while watching gently your Liver.  Yep, the word LiVE is in the word LIVER.  No coiwinky dink my fellow friends.
Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed not taken for granted and not overindulged but with ease and laughter and fun and for God’s sake, freedom without strings and over controlling behaviors especially when it comes to food... True story my mighty munchers.  It’s the controlling part of should I, shouldn’t I and though, okay I’ll have the donut but then feel a ridiculously unnecessary need to then run on the treadmill for 45 minutes in hopes I burn it the F off.  Where is the fun in that? Just go live, breathe, stop stop stop over obsessing and even reading the books that tell you this is the way to control your appetite. Your appetite is actually for life not in the food part.  Your hunger for life is, to actually one more time: ENJOY it without strings or shoulds, or I musts.  Stop, go live, eat the damn burger, have the damn fries and stop looking outside of yourself to fix heal and soothe, your already implanted intuitive system is inside of you, I love you, I want you to be happy. And most importantly I want you truly to feel free to do what you want in freedom and happiness. Without any and I mean any authoritative figure telling you otherwise.
Capesh? My fierce loving French friers? Come on, I have to, have some fun with this and lighten you up at times.
