I Rest My Ringing Bell As You Release With Me

So you really don’t want anxiety to answer you anymore. Period nada nacho, (ooh nachos).
You only want truth to relax you and let you finally see, feel, smell, taste, and touch, through your body and all of you senses.  Sometimes your lip which is connected to your throat chakra, may shake or quiver.  No worries because when truth truly wants to speak, the old releases.  It resets itself so you can indeed start and speaking more of your truth.

Your dark night of the soul is a story, a fable gently yet sometimes told harshly from souls who somehow thought they had to walk through fire to earn their divine worthy stripes.  Not true boo.  But we indeed forgive them because somewhere in their misconceived lineage, they were taught life had to be a constant fight or flight battle with others and worse with themselves.
 
Well, I am here to invite the fallacy to take a hike and never look back.  If you shake or quake from the worst fear, it’s not yours, I know it seems like it’s yours because you are feeling it.  However, what if I told you that somewhere in your psyche you saw someone else’s story and took on the energy as if it was somehow yours, again this is not true boo.  

So, each moment now you may feel afraid about whatever is happening, I reinvite you to replace the fear with a simple breath and just say, “I heal and breathe with God” over and over and over again.

Do it with me right now, not others, just you and I in “our way”.  This is truly your ticket out of story encapsulating hell.  Instead hear me ring the bell and yes take you out of storytelling hell.”  Your ego out of habit, is trying to jigsaw this out, trying to put the pieces of the puzzle from the past to determine how you are supposed to do this.  Your past will never answer or solve this.  Not now nor ever.   Only your present moment can truly help you.  You’re tired and weary from who you were trying to convince yourself all these years you were.  News flash, tell the messy press, “It was never meant to be like this.” “For God’s sake, yes, my sake, and yours I want you to be happy and not continue to live so much obsessively in your body.  Meaning relate to trying to control or perfect it out of fearful protection.  

You with me are truly your own best healer.  From this day and moment forward, if you let me in at any moment, I will constantly keep ringing the bell to heal, soothe and listen to me in any moment.  All you have to do is say, “I accept” and I and your divine team will take care of the rest.

So please stop fighting a useless old nail-biting paradigm that no longer serves you and is definitely not your soul’s plan.  Capesh?  

My God, my me, Release and breathe ease with me in and out all day. Yes, the word release even has the word ease in it.  No cowinky dink!  Stop making it harder than it need ever be.

Do you see the clouds parting a bit more now? Do you feel the air breathing through you better now?  You see how kind and a bit goofy I actually am?  I want you to see and feel this too, truly.
